The challenge is launched: DRESS ME UP!

JORDÃO COOLING SYSTEMS, a Portuguese brand leader in the design and industrialization of food exhibitors, launches challenge to design and architecture students and professionals. Through this competition, the company aims to reward the most original and innovative ideas, regarding the look of a food exhibitors range, currently manufactured and marketed by the company.

The purpose is to stimulate creativity in food display equipment as an important element in commercial space, both for food retail and for the Horeca channel - hotel, restaurant and cafeteria.

Strongly devoted to international markets, JORDÃO is committed to contribute to the design of an attractive selling point, as a dynamic consumption experiences space. Thus, it seeks to make the cooling equipment not only a means of highlighting food, but also a tool for retailers and marketers, which accompany the consumer buying process.

The focus of the company in Innovation in Design and Customization is strategic. With the DRESS ME UP! competition, JORDÃO sets the tone for the development of original, fundamental concepts for differentiation and business success.

Registration and design submission for the competition are open from January 15 to March 15, 2015.

The selected projects will pass to the prototyping phase, and this June, a public ceremony will be exposed and the winner will be announced which will receive a prize of € 2,500.
