Lamps are essential parts in the decoration of any home, they make up the space and capture attention by being lighting points. Often these pieces are expensive, which leads us to rethink their renewal.
But there is always the possibility to put your mind to work and get very interesting parts.
Just take in old lamps and change them, for example, the lampshade by applying the decoration you wish!
Then notice some suggestions and feel able to create your new lamp...
Lamp with fabric

Material:
- fabric
- crepe paper
- pencil
- scissors
- pins
- hot glue
- iron
- lampshade
How to:
- Take the lampshade and roll over the crepe paper and mark with pencil on paper mold
- Cut the paper mould
- Overlapping the paper on the fabric and cut out the fabric, leaving a margin of approximately 4 cm
- Fold the hem and mark the fabric with pins
- Sew the hem using a sewing machine (can also be sew by hand)
- Iron the fabric
- Apply glue on the lamp and paste the fabric
- Fold the edges to the inside and glue them to the lampshade

Material:
- fabric
- scissors
- hot glue
- lampshade
How to:
- Take the fabric and make small cuts with about 2 cm
- From the cuts made to rip the fabric into strips
- Hold a strip by placing one end up and start rolling around the same, always pressing well
- Support your rosette on a table and continue rolling until you have the desired aspect
- Once the rosetta, paste the remaining end of the tape on the back of the rosette
- After completing all the rosettes, paste them with hot glue on the lampshade

- decal paper
- printer
- lampshade
- scissors or guillotine
How to:
- Print your photos, preferably in black and white
- Cut strips of photos but make sure to leave 1 cm free at the end of each strip to overlap the strips until the back of the lamp
- Apply the decal paper lampshade

- sisal rope
- hot glue
- lampshade
How to:
- Apply the glue on the lampshade
- Hold the end of the rope and go pasting around the lampshade until it fills on completely
Lamp with logs lampshade

Material:
- dry trunks
- hot glue
- scissors
- lampshade
Howr to:
- Start by measuring the height of the lampshade and add 2 cm
- Cut all the logs for the same measure
- Remove the lampshade screen, getting to work only on the metallic structure
- Paste all logs to the structure, applying glue in the over-head structure and bottom one also

Material:
- crepe paper
- cord
- hot glue
- lamp-shade globe
How to:
- Overlap several crepe paper sheet
- Start by doing overlapping folds and always using the same lenth until it has the strip width
- Fold in half and tie with a string
- Cut the ends in a beak or circular design
- Open sides of the pom pom
- Repeat the process as the number of puffs required to fill in
- Attach the Pom Poms with hot glue to the globe

Material:
- lace rosettes
- glue
- balloon or ball busting
How to:
- Fill the balloon
- Brush the rosettes with glue and apply them on the balloon
- Hang the balloon on a support and let it dry completely
- Pop the balloon or pour the ball
