Feng Shui Tips for selling your home
Create a pleasant environment to attract a buyer
These days many people try to sell their homes for many reasons, whether for financial reasons or because they do not feel good in their own home...
But the real estate market is overloaded and there are a few reasons why it may be difficult to sell a house or an apartment, such as its condition, the urban environment, an unattractive surrounding energy, a price incompatible with the market and your attachment to the house (whether consciously or unconsciously).
We may suggest some tips to give your home a pleasant atmosphere to attract a potential buyer:
1. Repair minor problems at home before selling it, dripping faucets, burned out lamps, damaged doors or door handles, squeaking doors.
2. Replace the doormat and place a metal wind chime behind the door. The bell sound attracts good energies.
3. Emphasize what you consider to be good in the house and be sincere, good construction (if this is the case), good access, supermarket and schools close by, good neighborhood, good areas and good sun exposure. Pass the impression that the house is well cared for and that you were happy there.
4. Try removing some furniture in the house, do not fill the rooms with too much furniture to avoid giving the impression to the future buyer that the house is small.
5. Make a good cleaning at home and organize closets, kitchen cabinets and pantry (in the case of still live in the home which you are selling). Future buyers love to see the cabinets and do not like to look at a messed up house with lots of stuff.
6. Buy some natural plants and place them in the south east areas of the house.
7. Focus on your next home, imagine yourself living in that space, beautiful and pleasant. Throw this message to the Universe and be positive!

Do not forget, when changing to a new location, whether to live or work, you must clean up the environment from the energies of the former residents.
It is advisable to make an energy cleansing - "Space Clearing" to clear stagnant energy, give the space a new energy and start a new cycle.
