Habitar Portugal 09_11

The edition of Habitar Portugal 09_11 is an initiative from the National Board of Ordem dos Arquitectos sponsored by Roca, that aims to provide a selection of works from Portuguese architects, built between 2009 and 2011 in the national territory or abroad.

The Habitar Portugal 09_11 is launched on 5 July, at 19h30, in Roca Lisbon Gallery, within the 13th Congress of Portuguese Architects.

The application period is between July 5 and September 5 and is intended for architects, members of Ordem dos Arquitectos, who may submit up to two works completed between 2009 and 2011.

This initiative seeks to understand how architectural works from different territories might establish a dialogue in an attempt to "map the multiple expressions that works create in their relationship with the territory, with other works and the inhabit process."

The final selection will be announced on 31 October.
