Cut a cardboard circle and then draw some diagonal lines with a pen, dividing it into 4 parts, then into 8, 16 and finally 32 equal parts. Make a cut (about 1cm) at the end of each line and pass some strings tracing the circle’s diameters.
Take a strand and attach it in the circle’s centre to start a spiral, alternating the strand from above and beneath each string, in a tight spiral. Go creative and alternate thicknesses and colours of the strands to get different patterns or textures. Make sure to remove the cardboard after it is finished.

To do this rug, you need to know sewing (either manually or with machine). Cut out as many squares as the number reliefs you want, using your favourite fabrics. Then cut the same number of smaller squares in any other fabrics and sew them joining the ends, as in the picture. Repeat this process for all the squares and fill them with foam. Line up all fabric balls and sew them together. Finally, get a fabric to provide the basis (with ruffles if you like) and sew it to the rug balls.
Amazing…

With some skills you can make a rug in a loom built by yourself ... you get a very interesting piece of weaving. For making a loom, use a wooden frame and some nails in the ends. With wool or string, just pass around the nails from opposite sides and with another colour connect the different diagonals. With a needle and thread, gather the intersection points between the two colours. Trim the edges tied to the nails and admire the final result.

Take the leftmost ribbon and tie a knot on the tape side, repeating the process in the following ribbons until you reach the centre. Then, take the tape of the same colour, on the right, and follow the same method to the centre. Repeat with the remaining strips and trim the endings.
