The idea of an invisible skyscraper is something innovative, capable of stimulating the imagination of anyone interested in architecture.
Designed by the American GDS Architects, the first "invisible" tower in the world will have over 450 meters high, ranking among the 10 tallest buildings in the world. Through optical illusion effects and lighting, Tower Infinity will seem to disappear in the sky, making it less noticeable.

This invisibility effect is achieved by a of high technology LED facade system that uses a series of cameras projecting real time images on the building’s reflective surface.
Cameras will be placed in six different sides of the building, at three different heights, capturing real-time images of the surroundings, which will be projected individually on LED screens.

Through digital processing, pictures are scaled and rotated to create a perfect panoramic image in LED screens that line the building, projecting on each facade images of what happens in the opposite angle, thereby merging the building to its surroundings and creating the illusion of invisibility.

According to GDS, power level may be adjusted to provide the building different levels of "invisibility".
With no completion date yet, the tower will be used mainly for leisure, and will include a series of observation decks, a movie theatre, a roller coaster, a water park and numerous food and beverage outlets.
