The holidays are coming, it is time to take a break, to recharge your energies and make an energetic clean in ourselves.

It is the best time to think about our welfare and choose the best way to live...

How to plan an entire vacation focused on the welfare and tranquillity?

Our diet contributes to determine the amount and type of chi we ingest through the food. The important is not only the energy in the food, but also the way we eat.

Try to make a healthier diet, drink orange juice early in the morning, to replenish your levels of vitamin C. Replace the traditional bread for wholemeal bread. Eat more salads and opt for natural fruit juices, avoiding sodas.

By making meals with colourful fruits and vegetables, you get a variety of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

Look for different activities for children to enjoy. There are several options, from artistic expression workshops or even some activities that museums provide for the little ones.

Walk in the countryside and enjoy the contact with nature. If you have friends or family with cottages visit them, or you can choose your holiday destination in a rural tourism.

Children (especially) need contact with soil, especially if the rest of the year they are in antiseptic environments, this relationship with nature will improve their immune system.

Take the time to be with friends, to go out and dance at night. A hearty laugh is a wonderful thing.

Take some time to read a book and do activities that stimulate the mind and strengthen your memory. Make crosswords or "puzzles" with your children.

By making a more peaceful and healthy holiday, you will get both physical and spiritual benefits.

And as the philosopher Seneca once said:

"Choose the best way to live and the habit will take care of make it pleasant!"
